Rome Review began in 2005 with great ambition: it would be THE website for any and all English-speakers wishing to know about Rome about anything.  But, by 2013, the section dedicated to movies and cinema in English (and other original languages) had become its most popular feature and we decided to make that our primary focus.

Now, in March 2015, ten years (and a week) after the launch of the original website, we are proud to present the new Rome Review.

We hope you will find it to be a great improvement, especially for those visiting us on tablets and mobile platforms.

If you have any comments or ideas on how Rome Review could develop in the future, please post it below.

Our sincere thanks to all of you who have followed us over the years.  And a special thanks to the cinemas that have consistently shared with us weekly their programming; because of this we are one of the most reliable sources for cinema and movies in English and other original languages in Rome.

Here’s to another ten years.
